Born and raised in the friendly city of Woodstock, I grew up always having pets in my own home as well as offering to pet sit for all of our neighbours. This was the foundation for my love of animals and why I chose to have a career that heavily involves working with animals daily. After finishing high school in 2010, I decided to pursue the veterinary field by attending University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus to obtain my Veterinary Office Administration Certificate. This course takes 1 year to complete.
My favourite part of veterinary medicine? When an animal comes in with an abscess or something that needs/can be popped or picked and it’s always more interesting when it oozes some sort of substance. Our clinic has many attributes to love, but the best is our team. We are all very friendly, loving and knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. A fun fact about myself is that I have 2 rescue dogs, both of which are three legged, and my husband and I raise and race homing pigeons as a hobby sport.
